I think I could actually use some of this concept when doing hair in traditional art, I believe it would add more depth to the hair. =+}

The only difficult part I foresee is the probable requirement to use different types of media and learn how their characteristics interact. For example, I'm mostly a colored pen and watercolor pencil user, with limited experience at using acrylic paint, I would imagine then that I would have to become more experienced with acrylic paint and/or other additional media to use this technique correctly. Gawd I wish I had more free time. =+S
